Human Resources Professional

Maria Joy is a human resources professional with over 25 years experience specializing in employee relations solutions in the manufacturing, aerospace, and distribution environments.

Maria has been involved in all aspects of the human resources function, which has encompassed employee relations, performance management, training and development, recruitment, and policy administration.

Maria graduated from Kent State University with a Masters in Business Administration.  She is a board member for the CT SHRM Council and Human Resource Association of Central Connecticut. Maria is certified by the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM-SCP) and the HR Certification Institute (SPHR) as a senior human resources professional.
